Design Your Own Map Project Design Your Own City: Map project You will create a map of your own neighborhood, using what you have learned from the maps we have studied. Your map must include: a public gathering area (park or forum), and buildings for specific purposes (business, government, housing, education, and community care). Include all the assets that your neighborhood has. Use color. Be creative! Remember, the emphasis is on RESOURCES.
