Meeting Expectations

I was ON-TASK and worked PRODUCTIVELY today. I rarely left my seat, I stayed focused while in groups or working alone.
Nearing Expectations

I was MOSTLY on-task and worked productively today. I left my seat once and stayed mostly on task while in groups or alone.
Below Expections

I was MOSTLY off-task & UNPRODUCTIVE today. I left my seat frequently/or left class, or slept. I needed to be refocused during class.
PREPARATION

Meeting Expectations

I was PREPARED for class with ALL materials: pencil, & science notebook.
AND I was ON TIME for class.
Nearing Expectations

I EITHER was
PREPARED for class with all materials: pencil, & science notebook.
OR I was on time for class.
Below Expections

I was NOT prepared for class today. I was missing materials: pencil, & science notebook.
AND I was tardy for class.
BEHAVIOR

Meeting Expectations

I SHOWED responsibility and respect and did NOT display disruptive behavior during class today.
Nearing Expectations

I MOSTLY showed responsibility and respect, but occasionally needed reminding of appropriate classroom behavior today.
Below Expections

I FREQUENTLY displayed disruptive behavior such as: interrupting the teacher, & distracting classmates. I frequently needed to be redirected by the teacher today.
TECHNOLOGY

Meeting Expectations

I SHOWED responsibility & did NOT: use my phone for music (unless allowed by teacher), text during class, or watched videos or other distracting sites online.
Nearing Expectations

I MOSTLY showed responsibility but occasionally I needed reminding of appropriate technology use.
Below Expections

I FREQUENTLY used my phone for music (without permission), texted during class, or watched videos or other distracting sites online.
