	Excellent 4 pts	Good 3 pts	Fair 2 pts	Poor 1 pts
Organization	Excellent Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.	Good Student presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow.	Fair Audience has difficulty following presentation because student jumps around.	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.
Content Name of group? Type of group? Goal of group? Methods used by group? App. # of members? Funding? Current activities? Laws passed?	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge of the interest group and engages the audience with enthusiasm.	Good Student is at ease with content and has an easy flow within the message.	Fair Student is uncomfortable with information.	Poor Content is weak. Facts are inaccurate. Student should have research in more depth.
Volume and Clarity	Excellent Student uses a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms. Student is enthusiastic. All viewing audience can hear without effort.	Good Student's voice is clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear with little effort.	Fair Student's voice is low. Student incorrectly pronounces terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing	Poor Student mumbles, incorrectly pronounces terms, and speaks too quietly for viewing audience to hear
