Oral Presentation of Famous Painter
You will be assigned a famous painter. You have to work in pairs. Your artist can be from any period; gothic, baroque, renaissance or contemporary. You must research your painter and select a piece of art to present it to the class. Also you have to write about this painter and his masterpiece. Student Reading Fluency Rubric
A Rubric to Evaluate Students' Oral Reading Fluency and pronunciation. Students will choose groups in order to read "The secret of the Egyptian Cat". Grades will be given individually. All groups will have 1 week to practice this reading and will present the day of the oral exam.

Group Performance (Dance,Rap)
Students will choose groups in order to sing a rap song (The eight parts of speech poem) and dance routine. Students have one group leader. Each group has complete creative control. Students will perform in the classroom. All groups will recieve 2 weeks to complete this project and will present the day of the oral exam.

Oral Presentation
Students will then prepare an oral presentation in which they will talk about important facts of a country. Students need to prepare a note card with the following information: The name of the country, location, important cities, any important facts about the country.The students will be graded individuarlly on eight criteria: eye contact, vocal projection, knowledge of the topic, vistual aids and the note cards, also grammar, pronunciation and discipline in the classroom.
