Amount of text is too great for the amount of space provided. Less than half the slides have graphics or effects.	Good Slides are attractive. Text is easy to read. More than half of the slides use graphics and effects to enhance presentation.	Excellent Slides are attractive. Text is easy to read. Graphics and effects are used throughout to enhance presentation.
Grammar and Mechanics	Poor There are many grammar or mechanical errors on the presentation.	Fair There are less than 4 grammatical errors on the presentation.	Good There is less than 2 grammatical error on the presentation.	Excellent Capitalization and punctuation are correct throughout the presentation. There are no grammatical errors.
Facts Slides	Poor Student has at least 2 or or less relevant facts on the chosen "Early People".	Fair Student has at least 3-4 relevant facts on the chosen "Early People".	Good Student has at 5-6 relevant facts on the chosen "Early People".	Excellent Student has at least 7 relevant facts on the chosen "Early People".
