Right- Student Notes	10 Points All work is clear, complete, detailed and includes note titles and dates. Anyone could use as a study guide.	8 Points Most work is done, but some assignments are missing or incomplete (includes missing titles/dates).	5 Points Work and notes are mostly done, but three to four assignments are missing or incomplete.	2 Points Work and notes are partially done, five to six assignments are missing or incomplete.	0 Points Much of the work is missing or unreadable.
Left- Student Reflection	10 Points Left side relates to right side and is clear, focused, & reveals personal student reflection. All left pages are complete, colorful and creative.	8 Points Left side relates to right side and is clear, focused, reflective. Most left pages are complete, colorful, and creative.	5 Points Left side relates to right side and work is sufficient and reflective. Some left pages may be missing or incomplete.	2 Points Work is insufficient or unrelated to right side, but shows reflection. Missing many notes or incomplete.	0 Points Left side is blank. Majority of assignments are missing.
