	Above Average 5 pts	Average 4 pts	Below Average 2 pts	Poor 0 pts
Responsibility The team takes responsibility and performs their task(s) without being asked.	Above Average The team performed all tasks without hesitation or being asked.	Average The team had a delayed start accepting responsibility for their assigned tasks; however, significant improvements occurred during the process	Below Average The team had a hard time accepting responsibility and had to be asked repeatedly to complete tasks	Poor The team did not make an attempt to assume responsibility.
Respect The team is respectful of each others viewpoints and abilities.	Above Average The team always showed respect for each others comments, concerns, and questions without hesitation or prejudice.	Average The team usually showed respect for each other in the collaborative group setting	Below Average The team needed frequent reminders of how the should act in a group setting.	Poor The team was not respectful at all of each others participants
Participation Each team member contributed equally in the group.	Above Average Each team member shared his or her viewpoints and information, but also allowed and encouraged other members to do so at the same time.	Average Each team member shared their viewpoint; however; some team members lacked in participation OR were not encouraged to share information.	Below Average The team shared their viewpoints, but some members were overly critical or unreceptive to the viewpoints/ information of others.	Poor The team made no attempt to participate at all.
Content The team developed useful information, findings, insights, etc.	Above Average The team contributed lots of high-quality, useful information, findings, insights, etc.	Average The team contributed some high-quality, useful information, findings, insights, etc.	Below Average The team contributed very little high-quality, useful information, findings, insights, etc. or contributed low-quality information, etc.	Poor The team did not contribute any information, findings, insights, etc.
