I am beginning to try to be ready for class.
I need lots of reminders to borrow/find supplies needed to complete my work. I forget or lose my binder often. More than 3 assignments are missing.

I am trying to keep my folder neat. With lots of support and reminders, I can put work is in the right sections, hole punch it, use reinforcements. A couple of things are dated and I have lots of incomplete work.

I have a planner and remember to use it sometimes even before the teacher prompts the class or someone at home reminds me to check it. It has details for some (4-6) classes. I write down today's assignments and maybe an upcoming quiz or test. I remember to look at it at home 2-3x's a week.

Level 4 (80-100%)

I have a planner or calendar, use it for all classes and assignments with great detail and color coding with deadlines/due dates easily readable. I check it routinely every school night and mark the items I have completed.
