	Poor A poor job of providing the required information is performed by the reviewer. 0 pts	Good The reviewer does a good job applying the evaluation category to the journal article. 10 pts	Excellent The writer completely covers all required information for a thorough evaluation. 20 pts
MLA reference citation and grammar. The article is correctly referenced according to MLA. The writer uses standard English and correct grammar throughout the review.	Poor No attempt is made at referencing according to MLA. There are several grammatical and spelling errors.	Good The reference citation has one error. There are some spelling and grammar errors throughout the paper	Excellent Citation is correct and no errors exist in the citation or in grammar and spelling.
Introduction Introduce your disease. Explain exactly how it affects the nervous system, and what parts of the NS it affects. Provide a clear introduction of the purpose of the study and the author's expected outcomes.	Poor Difficult to understand the purpose with no inclusion of background information.	Good Minimal insight into the purpose of the study.	Excellent Clear introduction to the purpose of the study and description of the background. May include review of additional references.

Evaluation Provide an evaluation of the study, including the number of samples or observations and appropriateness of statistical analysis, if applicable.
