Work Time	Superior Is always on task and is active in keeping the group on task.	Excellent Is usually on task and seldom strays to conversation outside of the task.	Good Contributes to the group effort, but frequently strays to conversation outside of the task and/or actions sometimes make it difficult for the group to concentrate.	Fair Is rarely on task and frequently strays to conversation outside of the task and/or actions are counterproductive to the group effort.
Working with Others	Superior Almost always listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. Tries to keep people working well together.	Excellent Usually listens to, shares, with, and supports the efforts of others. Does not cause "waves" in the group.	Good Often listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others, but sometimes is not a good team member.	Fair Rarely listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others.
