For Clients:

For waiter:
Uses the usted conjugation form when addressing the clients directly. Is polite and apologizes for mistakes. Uses buen provecho and a la orden correctly

For Clients:
Most of the dialogue is presented. Each customers asks to replace the same utensils or condiment and gives the same reason.

For waiter:
Uses the usted conjugation form when addressing the clients directly. Is polite, but does not apologize for mistakes. Does not use both buen provecho and a la orden correctly

For Clients:
At least half of the dialogue is presented. The customer asks for a replacement and gives no reason.

For waiter:
Uses the usted conjugation form when addressing the clients directly. Is not polite and does not apologize for mistakes. Does not use either buen provecho or a la orden correctly.

For Clients:
Very little of the dialogue recited. The customer does not ask for a replacement.

For waiter:
Does not use the usted conjugation form when addressing the clients directly. Disregards issue completely. Does no use buen provecho and a la orden.

Clients:
Make an elaborate cultural comparison.

Waiter:
Suggests a popular tourist attraction in Mexico City with explanation.

Client:
Makes a comparison, but does not elaborate.

Waiter:
Suggest a location, but does not elaborate.

Client:
Make a cultural comment, not comparison.

Waiter:
Does not suggest a popular tourist attraction in Mexico City.

Client:
Does not make an elaborate cultural comparison.

Waiter:
Does not suggest a popular tourist attraction in Mexico City with explanation.

There are no grammar errors and the lines used make logical sense.

There are less than 3 grammar error and the majority of the lines make sense.

There are 4-7 grammar errors and some lines make sense.

There are more than 7 errors and the lines do no make sense.
