Self-Concept collage 
Independent Activity: "Who Am I" Collage Create a collage that represents who you are as a person. The collage should be made using Microsoft PowerPoint and Clip Art, Word Art, or Internet Images. This collage should consist of a wide variety of images that tell who you are and what is important to you. You will present the collage to the class, and it may be displayed on the wall of the classroom. Grades will be given according to the attached rubric.

Good (81-90%)

Student used 14-11 pictures and 14-11 sentences to describe themselves. or Student repeated less than 2 ideas.
Great (91- 100%)

Student used 15 pictures and 15 sentences to describe themselves. Student did not repeat images or ideas

The Collage somewhat demonstrates that you are aware of the qualities that make you a special and unique individual.

Use of Class time

Poor (60% or below)

Did not use class time to focus on project OR distracted others. Reminders were given.

Used some of the class time well during each class period. There was some focus on getting the project done but occasionally distracted others.
Good (81-90%)

Used time well during each class period. Usually focused on getting the project done and never distracted others.
Great (91- 100%)

Used time well during each class period. Focused on getting the product done. Never distracted others.
Space

Poor (60% or below)

Student did not fill the negative space to avoid empty areas. Student filled only 25% of the space or less.

Student left almost 50% of the poster empty. Student did not use images, words, or found objects to fill the negative space to completion.
Good (81-90%)

Student filled the negative space to almost 75% - 85% avoiding empty areas. Student used images and words. Student left minimal empty space.

Student filled 90% -100% of the negative space with multiple images, words, and found objects to avoid empty areas.
