POWTOON's Rubric for Careers

This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your Prezi presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the Prezi presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your powerpoint/prezi have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

Content 10 pts	Superb -All subjects are presented with correct information. -Topic is discussed clearly and in an organized manner. -All points are touched on.	Excellent -All subjects are presented with correct information. -Topic is somewhat discussed but more information is required. -Most of the points are touched on.	Good Missing some key points or relevant information relating to the subject.<BR> Topic is slightly discussed but more material is needed.<BR> Half of the points are touched on.	Fair Many key points are missing OR slides do not contain relevant information.<BR> Topic is addressed but not discussed or elaborated on.<BR> Few if any of the points were touched on.	Poor Student did not use their resources wisely therefore did not full fill all requirements of assignment.
Presentation/Graphics 10 pts	Superb Slides are attractive. Text is easy to read. Graphics and effects are used throughout to enhance presentation. Creativity is demonstrated throughout the presentation.	Excellent Slides are attractive. Text is easy to read. More than half of the slides use graphics and effects to enhance presentation.<BR> Creativity is demonstrated in some of the presentation.	Good Slides are easy to read. Amount of text is too great for the amount of space provided. Less than half the slides have graphics or effects.<BR> Creativity is demonstrated occasionally.	Fair The slides are not easy to read. The amount of text is too great for the space provided. There is little use of graphics or effects.<BR> No evidence of Creativity.	Poor There were no graphics in the presentation that lead us to understand what the topic was about.
Grammar and Mechanics 10 pts	Superb Capitalization and punctuation are correct throughout the presentation. There are no grammatical errors.	Excellent There are less than 2 grammatical errors on the presentation.	Good There are less than 4 grammatical errors on the presentation.	Fair There are many grammar or mechanical errors on the presentation.	Poor This student did not edit or peer edit their project to improve the quality of their presentation.
Animations/ Timings/videos 10 pts	Superb Animations and Timings are appropriate and have good flow.	Excellent Animations and Timings are done and the flow is adequate.	Good Animations and Timings are present but the flow is not adequate.	Fair Animations and Timings need some editing for a better presentation.	Poor Zero Animation.
