Good The graphic organizer is completely filled in and the information is structured in distinct categories.
Questions/answers	Poor There are no answers to the Who, What, Where, When, Why, & How questions, or the answers do not address the assigned topic.	Fair The Who, What, Where, When, Why, & How questions are only partially answered (less than 1/2 of the questions are answered) or the answers only partially address the assigned topic.	Good All applicable Who,What, Where, When, Why, & How questions are answered appropriately for the topic.
Addressing Topic	Poor The specific topic is not answered and/or the answers are incorrect.	Fair The specific topic is only partially answered (1/2 or less of the questions answered) or some of the answers are not appropriate responses.
