Creativity	Poor Student used minimal resources and drew pictures to receive a minimal grade.	Fair Student used a few outside resources to creatively complete project.	Good Student used mostly color, magazine clippings, drew pictures, and used their imagination to create their collage to the best of their ability.	Great Student used all color, magazine clippings, drew pictures, and used their imagination to create their collage to the best of their ability.
Content	Poor Student did not include atleast 10 words to describe their career choice and few pictures.	Fair Student used more than 5 words to describe their career choice and some pictures.
