Energy Resource Project

Students will do research on one of 6 renewable energy sources. They will make a Power-point and present their findings to the class. There should be a list of advantages, disadvantages as well.

Outstanding Student researched selected topic and answered all four focus questions. Information is relevant, detailed, and summarized in their own words. 40-39 pts.	Good Student researched selected topic and answered 5 or 6 of the focus questions. Most information is relevant, detailed, and summarized in their own words. 30-29 pts.	Fair Student researched topic, but did not clearly answer all the questions and/or some information was plagiarized. Information is scattered, vague, unorganized, and/or missing. 20-11 pts	Poor Student did minimal research. Less than half of the questions were answered clearly and/or much of it was plagiarized. Information is scattered, vague, unorganized, and/or missing. 10-6 pts.	Unacceptable Student did little or no research.
