PowerPoint Presentation Rubric - Greek 
This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your PowerPoint presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your powerpoint have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

Slides are attractive. Text is easy to read. More than half of the slides use graphics and effects to enhance presentation.
Fair

Slides are easy to read. Amount of text is too great for the amount of space provided. Less than half the slides have graphics or effects.
Poor

The slides are not easy to read. The amount of text is too great for the space provided. There is little use of graphics or effects.
Grammar and Mechanics

Excellent

Capitalization and punctuation are correct throughout the presentation. There are 0-3 grammatical errors.
Good

There are 4 -6 grammatical errors on the presentation.
Fair

There are 7-9 grammatical errors on the presentation.
Poor

There are many (10+) grammar or mechanical errors on the presentation.
Voice

Excellent

Speaker presents in a loud, clear voice and doesn't read from screen. Additional information is added to the presentation of every slide to make the presentation exciting. (script)
Good

Speaker presents in a loud, clear voice but turns to the screen occasionally. An attempt at most screens to add additional information to make the presentation exciting.
Fair

Speakers presents in a voice that is sometimes clear but constantly refers to the presentation. Only a few slides had additional information added to the presentation.
Poor

Speaker does not present in a loud or clear voice and reads simply from the presentation.
No attempt to add any information to the slides.
Voice/Content/Knowledge

Excellent

Speaker is knowledgable about content. It is clear that the work was completed. Speaker attempts to show his or her interest in the topic.
Good

Speaker knows most of the relevant details about his or her topic and can talk about or share information that is not included on the slide.
Fair

Speaker knows little about his or her topic other than what is on the slide.
Poor

Speaker shows no knowledge about his or her topic outside of what is on the slide.
Use of Class Time

Excellent

Used time well during the class period. Focused on getting the product done. Never distracted others. Worked well with partner consistently and shared workload.
Good

Used time well during the class period. Usually focused on getting the project done and never distracted others. Worked well with partner overall but a few moments of not sharing responsibility.
Fair

Used some of the class time well during the class period. There was some focus on getting the project done but occasionally distracted others. Did not work well with partner consistently. Had to be reminded that project was a group project.
Poor

Did not use class time to focus on project OR distracted others. Reminders were given. Did not work well with partner at all.
