Excellent

Language is entirely accurate and may show playful features of the language (puns, metaphors, etc). Speaker has excellent control of language and is able to express complex ideas clearly and in an interesting way.
Good

Speaker is mostly accurate and appropriate and is able to express their ideas clearly. The listener has no problem understanding the speaker.
Fair

The speaker makes a number of lexical and grammatical errors and may depend too much on rehearsed phrases.
Poor

The speaker has difficulty expressing themselves in anything other than short sentences. There are frequent hesitations or pauses while the speaker searches for the language they need to express themselves.
Fluency

Excellent

Delivery is natural and so fluent that the speaker is a pleasure to listen to.
Good

Delivery is fairly fluent, apart from the odd occasion when the speaker has forgotten a word, or has to think about a grammatical structure. It doesn't interfere with the storyline of the vlog.
Fair

There is a degree of fluency, but the speaker stops often to process what they are going to say next. It interferes a little with the storyline of the vlog..

Content is uninteresting or completely unrelated to the topic.
The storyline isn't clear.

(sound, lighting, angle, background, movement, etc.)

The Vlog is of good quality. There are small problems with certain steps.

The Vlog is fairly good of quality, not all the steps have been followed.
There might be some mistakes with the sound, lighting, angle, background or movement.
Poor

The Vlog is of bad quality, the speaker cannot be heard clearly, and there are problems with angle, lighting, background, and there is too much movement.
