Prepared for classwork books, devices, writing equipment, worksheets and homework assignments	Level 1 (50-59%) I am beginning to try to be ready for class. I need lots of reminders to borrow/find supplies needed to complete my work. I forget or lose my binder often. More than 3 assignments are missing. KEEP TRYING, YOU'LL GET THERE!	Level 2 (60-69%) I am ready when teacher calls on/checks me. I sometimes have supplies needed to do my work. I have the assignments with me, but some aren't done. I have 2 missing assignments. YOU'RE GETTING THERE!	Level 3 (70-79%) I am ready for class without reminders most of the time, and have supplies needed to work most of the time. I often have my homework complete and ready to turn in. I have 1 missing assignment. ALMOST LEVEL 4!	Level 4 (80-100%) I am always ready for class without reminders and always have supplies needed to do my work. I always have my homework complete and is ready to turn in. I have no missing assignments. GREAT JOB!
Binder organization dividers, work in correct section, pages hole punched, binder clean and rings work, reinforcements, dates, work complete, not too full	Level 1 (50-59%) I am trying to keep my binder neat. With lots of support and reminders, I can put work is in the right sections, hole punch it, use reinforcements. A couple of things are dated and I have lots of incomplete work. KEEP TRYING, YOU'LL GET THERE!	Level 2 (60-69%) Some of the time, my binder is neat, some work is in the right section and is hole punched, reinforcements used when needed, some work is dated and complete. I still need some reminders. YOU'RE GETTING THERE!	Level 3 (70-79%) Most of the time, my binder is neat, most work is in the right section and is hole punched, reinforcements used when needed, most work is dated and complete. I do it with 1 reminder. ALMOST LEVEL 4!	Level 4 (80-100%) My binder is always neat, everything is in the right section, all work is hole punched, reinforcements used when needed, all work is dated and complete. I do it all independently. GREAT JOB!

I try to work with a partner but sometimes need reminders about appropriate behaviour. I try to remember to greet the teacher when entering or leaving. YOU'RE GETTING THERE!
