Analysis of the Issue/topic 30 %	Excellent Insightful and through analysis of all the issue.	Good Thorough analysis of the most of the issue/topic.	Fair Superficial analysis of some of the issue in case/topic.	Poor Incomplete analysis of the issue/topic from the case.
Organization 20 %	Excellent Is well organized, well prepared and easy to follow.Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.	Good Has organizing ideas but could have been much stronger with better preparationStudent presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow.	Fair Shows minimal signs of organization or preparation.	Poor Lacks organization and has little evidence of planning prior to presentation.
Subject Knowledge 20 %	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all class questions with explanations and elaboration.
