Attractiveness & Organization	Proficient The billboard has attractive formatting and well-organized information. Graphics are colored, have some detail, nicely drawn and related to the text. Text is typed or hand written.	Mastery The billboard has exceptionally attractive formatting and well-organized information. Graphics are colorful, detailed, neatly drawn & clearly related to the text. Text is bold, eye-catching, typed or NEATLY printed.	Emerging The billboard has well organized information. Some graphics are colored, lacks needed detail, drawings are lacking effort & are sometimes related to the text. Text is is not typed properly or is written in a manner which is not appropriate for this assignment.	Insufficient Evidence The billboards's formatting and organization of material are confusing to the reader. Graphics are missing or are not neatly drawn with detail. Text is missing and or is sloppy.
Message	Proficient Message is clear with little explanation. Easy to read. Most of the graphics and text relate to message. Has resources to get more information on mental health topic.	Mastery Message is clear and understandable without explanation. Relates to specific mental health topic. Includes resources on how to get help or get more information. All graphics and text relate directly to the message.	Emerging Message is confusing or needs detailed explanation. Some of the graphics or text don't relate to message.	Insufficient Evidence Graphics and or text are lacking an obvious message. Has very little to do with the mental health
text/graphics	Proficient Text can be read from far away and represents the message about mental health.	Mastery Text can be read from far away and is quite creative in sharing information about mental health.	Emerging Text can be read from close by and describes the mental health content well.	Insufficient Evidence The text is too small and/or does not describe the content of the billboard well.
