Planning & Collaboration	Poor Team had a difficult time organizing themselves and listening to each other. Needed specific guidance to get organized. Once workload distributed members had a difficult time stayingh on task.	Fair Team struggled getting together and conducting a team meeting. Developed an idea and a plan with most of the team cooperating	Good Team followed the guidelines and conducted a meeting, came up with a written plan that included a sketch of the poster as well as specific team member assignments.
