ENG 102 Binder Check ENG 102 Binder Check Set up your binder as directed in class with weekly sections. Your binder will be the used for progress monitoring on your organization and attention skills, and it will be graded every 4 weeks. please try and stay organized! If you make all 4 binder checks, extra credit will be added to your final grade, as announced. I will weight the extra credit based on the grades you receive total for each of the four checks. 	Excellent 25 pts	Great 20 pts	Good 15 pts	Poor 10 pts
Organization	Excellent Binder is organized into subjects and all work is filed in its appropriate weekly section in order.	Great Binder is organized into subjects and most of the work is placed in weekly sections.	Good Binder is somewhat organized in the correct order.	Poor Binder is not organized in the order specified.
Neatness	Excellent Binder is exceptionally neat, with no loose pages.	Great Binder is tidy.	Good Binder is somewhat neat.	Poor Binder appears messy or hastily put together (loose pages, unrelated items. etc.)
Completeness	Excellent Binder is not missing notes, returned homework or class handouts;student has taken time to add information to notes/worksheets.	Great Binder is not missing any notes or assignments.	Good Binder is missing less than 2 notes or assignments.	Poor Binder is missing many notes or assignments.
Effort	Excellent Great care has been taken to keep a neat and complete binder. Binder is obviously used consistently. Extra care has been taken in personal organization (tabs, labels, etc.)	Great Binder is organized and obviously used weekly	Good Binder meets bare minimum requirements	Poor No effort or hasty effort.
