Media/Technology Presentation 
Create a Media/Technology Presentation on a theme of your choice thinking on authentic scenarios and materials (Refer to Herrell and Jordan: Realia, Strategy #13 and Section VI). Include age/grade level, rationale, and how it develops proficiency in English or a second language. IMPORTANT: Unless you use interactive features (Ex. Jeopardy), you are not allowed to use Power Point for this presentation. Use tools like: Web 2.0 tools, Prezi, Glogster, SmartBoard, a movie software, etc.

Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the future teacher is capable of. Work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete.The project lacks a clear understanding of the theme and their are many errors. Project is not creative.

The student provides a clear presentation of the information. This is in their own words. Adequate use of technology tool.

There are several confusing moments and the information presented is not completely shared during the presentation. Hesitant use of technology tool.

The information that is presented lacks many elements of what is expected. Technology tool chosen does not convey the theme correctly. Power Point used without interactive features.
