Content Knowledge Evaluate the factors that sustain and destroy systems.	Not Proficient Presents no claims and/or findings, and/or presentation lacks focus and clarity; and communicates no descriptions, facts, details, and examples.	Approaching Proficiency Presents claims and findings. Presentation is somewhat focused and clear. Communicates a limited amount of descriptions, facts, details, and evaluations of factors.	Proficient Presents claims and findings; communicates in a focused clear manner with an appropriate amount of descriptions, facts, details, and evaluations of factors.	Exceeds Proficiency Presentation creates interest among the audience, and goes beyond a 7th grader's expectations and leaves a lasting impression. Evaluation of factors is complete and leads audience to conclusion.
