Research Article Summary Rubric 
Choose a full-length, original research article in a peer reviewed journal on a topic related to science education. The article must be a research article with data. Reviews or professional opinion articles will not be accepted. Write a 1 page (minimum) summary of the article including a paragraph explaining how you might apply the research findings in a high school science classroom.

Mechanics Requirements

MLA format.Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, 1-inch margins. First page header should include your name, the assignment name followed by: Title of your summary, brief introduction to the topic, body of summary, suggested application, and reference citation.
