Outstanding

Exciting, getting to suspense, but not spoiling the book. Convinces you to read the book.
Proficient

Interesting, connects to the audience, tells just enough.
Basic

Hardly convincing, spoils some of the book, loses the audience, tells why you like the book but does not connect to the audience.
Beginning

Unconvincing, spoils the book, does not tell why or why not you enjoy the book, uninteresting.
Volume

Outstanding

Clearly heard, loudness matches mood, the dynamics match the text, agrees with the written text.
Proficient

Audible, clear, has some dynamics, volume is acceptable.

Audible but not clear, has little dynamics.

Outstanding

Can understand every word, sounds like they are speaking in a conversation, does not stumble, may be memorized.
