Alphabet 5 pts	Proficient Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the various elements , fully meets expectations	Basic Demonstrates partial understanding of the various terms	Minimal Achievement Underdeveloped, vague, confusing detail, demonstrates an inadequate understanding of the various terms
Pronuntiation 5 pts	Proficient Enthusiastic tone, appropriate volume, and speed of delivery are maintained. There is evidence of practice and some consistency in presentation flow.	Basic Tone, volume, speed are inconsistent. More practice is in order.	Minimal Achievement Tone, volume, speed are poor, the entire transmission is delivered with lack of attention to professionalism and flow.
