Class Discussion 
Students are expected to complete the assignment and come to class prepared to discuss and critically analyze the material. Each class member is responsible for finding answers to questions that arise to enhance her own learning and the learning. Class format creates an experiential learning opportunity, class discussion will be an even more critical component of this course. Each class will be spent discussing reading, experiences, reflections, and interviews we have had with individuals.
