Critical Thinking: Start-Up Cost
Select a city or a town and research its characteristics: population, major industries and other elements that affect its character. In what way would you try to allocate costs? For example, would you want to spend more on labor and better service, or more on food? Would you think that the amount of money allocated for overhead expenses like lease or mortgage on a location would be more significant that either food or labor?
