Critical Thinking: Start-Up Cost
Select a city or a town and research its characteristics: population, major industries and other elements that affect its character. In what way would you try to allocate costs? For example, would you want to spend more on labor and better service, or more on food? Business Plan Project Rubric
Students develop a concept of a massage business that they are interested opening. Each student will be responsible for describing their vision, purpose, and mission, setting SMART goals, creating a logo and brochure, competitive analysis, developing the strategic action plan, the marketing plan, cost of services, start-up costs, forecast of 1 year costs, and risk management plan. The Presentation will be a minimum of 10 minutes in length and include audio.
