Outline	Needs Improvement The outline was confuisng and illogical or was not handed in al all.	Approaching	Good Ideas were scribbled down but there was little organization to the outline. It gave the student a starting place.	Meets	Excellent A prewrite outline of some sort was used where the information was sorted and organized. It was logical and gave the student a "map" to follow.
