	Excellent I was meeting the expectations of this assignment 50 pts	Good I did not meet the daily expectations of the class consistently. 25 pts	Needs Improvement I did not try my hardest during this unit. 5 pts
Preparedness/Rehearsals Did you come to class ready to work? Did you follow direction and listen?	Excellent I came to class ready to work on a consistent basis. I always arrived on time, participated right away and went directly to my assigned group. I took all direction and followed all instructions.	Good Most all days I was cooperative and did not disturb others. I learned the steps and followed directions. I tried to add input with my own choreography.	Needs Improvement I arrived at class late more than one time. Did not have any effort into exercises and Did not cooperate most of dance assignment.
Classwork Participation Did you complete your work? Does it meet the requirements? Is your work ready when you come into the classroom? I did my warm ups each class.	Excellent I completed all Class Work. I met all participation goals and assignments. I took pride in my performance and class work. I did my warm ups each class.	Good I completed my Class Work but may not have met all the criteria. I met most of my performance goals. I did some warm ups/running in each class.	Needs Improvement I did not complete my Class Work. I did not meet any of the performance goals. I did not do the warm-ups/running. I am missing participation points most days because I sit or use my phone and needed motivation to get started in the activity.
Behavior/Effort How did you work with others and your teacher? Did you give 100%?	Excellent I was on task nearly all of the time. I gave 100% in effort and tried my hardest. I worked well with other students by respecting them and the teacher.	Good I was off-task occasionally. I put forth strong effort and worked fairly hard.I worked well with other students most of the time and mostly respected my teacher.	Needs Improvement I was off-task a lot. I didn't try very hard. I didn't work well with other students. The teacher had to talk to me about my behavior more than once in this class.
