Response is to the point, sentences are clear and free of grammatical errors. Uses proper English.	GOOD Speech is mostly fluent with some pauses and rephrasing. Discussion could be supported in more depth. Gramatical errors are minimal and word choice is mostly accurate.	FAIR Minimal details from the article included. Conclusion or opinion is somewhat unclear. Two to three grammatical errors are made, but the main ideas can still be understood.	NEEDS WORK Students states opinion but does not support it with evidence from the text. Conclusion is not clear. Many grammatical errors made, and is not easily understood.	INCOMPLETE Missing one or more of the following: Explanations, details from article, opinion or conclusion, use of accurate English language.
