Fitness Video Rubric 
Students will be divided into groups to create workout videos based on the knowledge they have acquired throughout class or researched workout routines/core lift. The video must include a defined fitness related workout routine/lift: including a demonstration, knowledge of all muscles used, do's and don't, spotting, and safety considerations. It must also incorporate other health benefits. The video must be 3-5 minutes long.
