PSA Poster Project 
A Public Service Announcement is used to deliver messages to the public, often about health or safety. For this assignment, you must choose a communicable disease and gather research on the disease's effect on 11 body systems. Then, create a Public Service Announcement about the disease. Your PSA Must: • Deliver a specific message • Be informative • Show understanding on the effects of disease on the body • Include a title, facts, relevant terms and visuals • Be clear and concise

Good use of visuals on poster with typed captions. Visuals are creative and colorful and reflect the seriousness of the project.

Poster is unclear in the message. Poster reflects little time or effort in organization. The tittle, captions and other writing is difficult to read and does not make sense to the reader. Did not include any factual data.
Satisfactory

Title and other writing is small and not easy to read. Could have put more effort into the organization part of the project. Few spelling or grammatical mistakes. Some factual data evident.
Outstanding

Poster has a clear, readable message. with true/factual infomation. Title and other writing is easy to read and make sense. Little or no spelling or grammer errors. Great effort on organization.

Satisfactory

Followed some instruction. Bland/boring in appearance. Some relevant information.
Outstanding

Followed instructions almost to the letter. Visually appealing, with factual and/or relevant information. Can understand what concern is being addressed.
Relevant Terms

Unsatisfactory

Has no relevant terms in the poster or handout. Viewer has no clue about the topic and what they are supposed to learn.
Satisfactory

Poster has 1-2 terms that are relevant to the topic. Viewer somewhat understands what the topic is.
Outstanding

Has 3 or more relevant terms about the topic. The viewer knows exactly what message you are trying to tell them in the piece of work.
