Superior pronunciation, fluid communication, doesn't need to look at notes constantly, looks at the audience. Is able to answer impromptu questions clearly without hesitation.	Bien! Good pronunciation, minor mistakes, mostly engaged with the audience, rarely needs notes. Is able to answer impromptu questions with very little guidance in a fairly clear manner.	Assez bien! Pronunciation weak at times, difficulty communicating with the audience, relies on notes. Is able to answer impromptu questions after repetitions and guidance - some English.	Il faut améliorer!!! Very hard to understand, no eye contact with the audience, reads heavily from notes. Cannot answer impromptu questions without heavy guidance and uses mostly English.

Visuals / use of Powerpoint	Excellent/Bravo!! Visually appealing (colour, attractive legible font, creative images, screen transitions, titles) More than required number of images , graphics and slides. Additional detail.	Bien!
