5-6 Proficient

Tone is MORE OFTEN FOCUSED, CLEAR, and CENTERED. Tone will PROBABLY BLEND WELL with others. Occasionally the TONE QUALITY WILL DETRACT from overall performance.
7-8 Distinguished

Tone is FOCUSED, CLEAR and CENTERED. Tone BLENDS WELL with others.
9-10 Exceptoinal

Tone is CONSISTENLY focused, clear and centered. Tone WILL BLEND WELL with others.
Pitch Awareness

Very awkward diction. Words came across as MUMBLED OR SLURRED.
3-4 Developing

Words were GENERALLY UNDERSTANDABLE but sung in an AWKWARD manner. VOWEL SHAPE WAS NOT APPROPRIATE.
5-6 Proficient

Fairly good diction. OCCASIONALLY words were pronounced with AWKWARD CONSONANTS OR VOWEL SHAPES. DICTION FREQUENTLY DETRACTED from performance.
7-8 Distinguished

Generally good diction. MOST WORDS WERE PRONOUNCED CLEARLY. DICTION DOES NOT DISTRACT from performance.
9-10 Exceptoinal

Very beautiful diction. ALL WORDS PRONOUNCED CLEARLY, and vowels were always shaped appropriately.

Performance is energized and exciting. This performance shows potential.
Student has minor issues with stage presence. Student needs a slight improvement in professionalism
9-10 Exceptoinal

Performance is energized and exciting! This performance shows great potential .Student sits, stands, or displays appropriate stage presence for their performance and is professional in their conduct.

Skills/work reflect no effort from this student to follow 7 Habits.
3-4 Developing

Skills/work reflect little effort from this student to follow 7 Habits.
5-6 Proficient
