Organization	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.	Fair Audience has difficulty following presentation because student jumps around.	Good Student presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow.	Excellent Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.
Subject Knowledge	Poor Student does not have grasp of information; student cannot answer questions about subject.	Fair Student is uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions.	Good Student is at ease with expected answers to all questions, but fails to elaborate.	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all class questions with explanations and elaboration.
Standard 3 Students will Demonstrate the ability to access valid information and products and services to enhance health.	Poor Student is able to access information and present in relation to topic.	Fair Student is able to access valid information and present in relation to topic demonstrating the link.	Good Student is able to access valid information and provide source and present in relation to topic demonstrating the link and explaining it.	Excellent Student is able to access valid information and provide source and present in relation to topic demonstrating the link and explaining it in a manner that everyone understands clearly.
Standard 4 Students will Demonstrate the ability to use interpersonal communication skills to enhance health and avoid or reduce health risks.	Poor Student presents information.	Fair Students presents information to peers in clear manner that is easy to understand.	Good Students presents information to peers in clear manner that is easy to understand. Student is able to interact with peers and answer questions.	Excellent Students presents information to peers in clear manner that is easy to understand. Student is able to interact with peers and answer questions while also actively involving audience in the presentation.

Good Student demonstrates understanding of improving environmental health and shows how they have already taken action.	Excellent Student demonstrates understanding of improving environmental health and shows how they have already taken action with plan to do more and encourage peers to do the same.
