Knowledge of water cycle and topic	Needs Improvement The student's project did not cover all of the basic information of the water cycle	Satisfactory The student showed knowledge of the water cycle but the facts were basic knowledge. The student's research provided the basic knowledge needed for this project	Outstanding The student is very knowledgeable about their topic and their project is presented in a way that shows his/her knowledge of the water cycle goes beyond what was asked of him/her.
Neatness/Organization	Needs Improvement The project wasn't organized or neat. There were no signs of steps of the water cycle.	Satisfactory The project was complete but somewhat lacked organization or neatness. The steps of the water cycle were on the project but not easily seen.	Outstanding The project is very organized and neat. The water cycle is complete with the stages clearly marked and explained.
