Effectiveness of Preparation Time 25 %	Did a great job: The presenter used class time exceptionally well to prepare and worked fully during the time that was allotted in class.	Well done: The presenter generally used class time well, but could have done more in the time available.	Satisfactory The presenter needed to focus more in class and use time more efficiently.	Needs to improve: The presenter did not use their time in class well and did not work fully in class when preparation time was assigned.
Group Equity in Preparation 25 %	Did a great job: Each of the presenters who was present shared equally in preparation for the presentation. Everyone who was present contributed.	Well done: One or more of the presenters who were present for preparation did more work than the other(s).	Satisfactory One or more presenters did not contribute as much to preparation as the other(s) did.	Needs to improve: The presenter was absent for the preparation time or did not contribute much to the preparation of the presentation.
Outlines & Notes 25 %	Did a great job: The presenters prepared detailed, bulleted notes to help with the presentation.	Well done: The presenters prepared notes to help with the presentation, but they were either too long or too short.	Satisfactory The presenter prepared basic notes without much detail, or scripted out entirely what the presenter planned to say.	Needs to improve: The presenter did not contribute to making notes or outlines.
Visuals 25 % PowerPoints, handouts	Did a great job: The visuals were easy to understand and see and had no grammar mistakes or misspellings.	Well done: The visuals could be understood and seen and/or had 1-2 grammar mistakes or misspellings.	Satisfactory The visuals were somewhat unclear to understand and see and/or had 3-4 grammar mistakes or misspellings.	Needs to improve: The visuals did not support the presentation well and/or were difficult to see and/or there were 5 or more grammar mistakes or misspellings.
