Good Refers to personal and/or examples that relate to the relevant theories and/or research.	Acceptable Refers to personal and/or professional examples, data, but is not well integrated in the response.	Unsatisfactory/Incomplete Contains no reference to personal and/or professional examples, or data.
Critical Thinking 20 points	Excellent Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills as evidenced by analyzing relevant topics, research and data.	Good Demonstrates good critical thinking skills through analysis of relevant topics and research.	Acceptable Makes reference to and demonstrates some understanding of some key principles.	Unsatisfactory/Incomplete Contains no reference to key principles
Composition 20 points	Excellent Language is clear, concise, easy to understand, and is logically organized.
