Proficient Post offers a clear and appropriate answer to the prompt. It demonstrates the learner's in-depth understanding of the course content and offers examples. Learner makes personal connections with the topic.
Intellectual Engagement	Emerging Learner engagement within the discussions was limited with very little connection to the topic. More engagement is required to engage further in discussion reflections.	Developing Learner engagement within the discussions demonstrate some thoughtful identification and understanding of the topic. A few important aspects were raised throughout the discussion, but more engagement is needed.	Proficient Learner engagement shows important issues raised throughout the discussion within the group setting are valid.
