Fair - Content is not comprehensive and /or persuasive.<BR> -Strong lead sentence<BR> - Major points are addressed, but not well supported. <BR> - Content is inconsistent with regard to purpose and clarity of thought.<BR> -Writer "tells," rather than "shows."	Poor - Content is incomplete.<BR> - Major points are not clear and /or persuasive.<BR> -No use of direct quotes	Incomplete -No content or major points were given.
Organization & Structure	Excellent - Structure of the article is clear and easy to follow.<BR> -Flow of ideas fluid and logical.<BR> - Reader can easily follow the logic and organization.	Fair - Structure of the article is not that easy to follow. <BR> - Paragraph transitions need some improvement.	Poor - Organization and structure detract from the content.<BR> - Article is disjointed and lacks transition of thoughts.	Incomplete -No organization or structure was developed.
