Digital Presentation Board	Level 4 - Expert Learner The presentation board includes extensive information on the topic in an organized and exciting fashion.	Level 3 - Proficient Learner The presentation board has all the required information, and stands out. However the student don't use practical examples.	Level 2 - Developing Learner -Some relevant information is in the digital presentation board. Information is presented in an unorganized fashion. Information does not stand out, and is not well-organized.	Level 1 - Beginner Learner Digital presentation board has little to no information that is relevant. Information is presented in an unorganized fashion.
Style/Mechanics	Level 4 - Expert Learner The digital presentation board is creative, and is not just a list of facts. Presentation is done in a dynamic and concise manner with full understanding of the subject.	Level 3 - Proficient Learner The digital presentation board is clear and logical and contains facts as well as very few mistakes. Good clear presentation.	Level 2 - Developing Learner The digital presentation board has some pictures however they are not relevant to the content. Some mistakes are made. Little organization and clarity is used. Persuasiveness	Level 4 - Expert Learner Presentation is extremely compelling. Presentation persuades voters to take action through sound reasoning and information.	Level 3 - Proficient Learner Presentation is compelling. Voters may be persuaded with some information and reasoning.	Level 2 - Developing Learner Presentation does not try to persuade voters and does not include reasons or follow-up information.	Level 1 - Beginner Learner Presentation does not try to persuade voters or inform them about water management and conservation.
Work effort	Level 4 - Expert Learner The work was done well, to the best of the groups abilities. The students stayed on task.	Level 3 - Proficient Learner The work was done with good effort that shows what the group is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this digital presentation board.
