Students will choose One of the following Italian artists and masterpiece to research and analyze: Leonardo,"Last Supper", Michelangelo, "David", or Raphael, "The School of Athens."

In pair or group of three, students will create a video that will be at least 3 minutes in length, to promote the study of Italian. Each member of the group is required to speak in Italian, explaining advantages of studying the Italian language and culture. Each student must contribute equally to the video production.

The students will work with a partner and put together a poster or a brochure. The poster will be designed on poster board (1/2 or full-sized poster board).

Students will create an itinerary for a vacation in Italy. They will select seven Italian cities to visit, a famous building a traditional food. They have to use the Internet, Not (Google Translation) for their research. The students must include one image of a famous building and a traditional food.

Students will lwill create an anti-bullying campaign, watch a video about bullying, to prevent bullying . Students will use computers, tables, smart phones which including Microsoft Word to write the paper and create flyers, Internet Explore to conduct research, and You Tube to watch videos.

Students will create a video that will be at least 2 minutes in length for AP and 1 minute for 4 Hr, sending a thank you message to one of the RHS teachers.

In pair, create a public service announcement of at least 5 minutes where students raise awareness about a social, economic or environmental issue in Naples. The PSA should include new vocabulary, idiomatic expressions, connective terms. Each student must contribute equally to the Public Service Announcement .

Students are to choose an economic or social issue impacting the city of Naples and create a public service announcement script. In the PSA students are to raise awareness for the issue by briefly describing the issue, and providing relevant and accurate facts, and finally encouraging viewers to take positive action concerning the issue. They will refer to or exhibit charts and graphs to back up their announcement with clear data.

In specific groups, students will create a 30 second-1 min commercial using the Movie Maker Program. You must import a video for your commercial. Your commercial must be a story line production in which you are trying to convince someone to buy a specific product or go to a specific destination. You must complete the commercial worksheet (provided), and have at least 4 story board frames (see attached worksheets). You must have video, music and audio. A written script must accompany your presentation. Use the commercial worksheet to show how your commercial targets the appropriate customers, and to show how you will sell your project. Working at home, students will produce a cooking video that details the cooking process of their selected regional traditional dish.

Students will create their version of an Italian popular song. They will answer questions based on their life, experience, goals and hobbits, giving specific examples. Students will present the song using the background of the Italian music

Interview a family member, friend, or neighbor that remembers a story told to them about family immigrating to America. Please use a video camera for your interview. Be sure to follow the assignment as written. If the discussion strays from the question, feel free expand on the initial assignment; however, make sure that you address the questions in the assignment.

Students will create a video of two minutes to wish their parents a special holiday and thank them.

Students will be divided into groups to create workout videos based on the knowledge they have acquired throughout class or researched workout routines. The video(s) must be a total of 20 minutes, that can be done in one 20 minute video or broken up into smaller videos that range from 3-10 minutes. Each video or section should have a focus, i.e., cardiovascular or flexibility.
