Meal Planning THREE MEAL MENU Develop a meal that stays within the budget given. This meal should reflect portion size as well as including foods from all 4 food groups. Consideration should be given to creating a healthy meal. Table setting and manners will also be monitored. Meal Development	Adapt Meal shows extensive research about menu planning with no or minor mistakes showing the serving size, multiplied by however many members in your group. Prices added up accurately and correct amounts ordered.	Apply Meal shows adequate research about menu planning and all the pricing questions attempted and most are correct. Price list used sometimes with a few problems with amounts or prices.	Acquire Meal shows limited research about menu planning. Price list is occasionally used, and there were mistakes with the ordering/grocery list.
Meal	Adapt Meal is within the proper proportions, healthy and includes all 4 food groups. Colors, taste, texture and flavor are all excellent.	Apply Meal has most of the proper areas listed in the adapt category. There are minor issues here.	Acquire Meal is too big/small. Not much attempt was made to make this healthy. Was just an "OK" meal.
Unit Price & Calculations	Adapt All unit price calculations completed and done accurately. Budget maintained.	Apply Most of the unit pricing done and most of the calculations done accurately. Budget maintained.	Acquire Limited unit pricing, and calculations were not done, or done incorrectly. Budget maintained.
Table Setting	Adapt Table is set properly with extras added to the table for visual effects.(centerpiece, etc)	Apply Table is set properly with nothing else added	Acquire Table setting has some mistakes or items missing.
Table Manners	Adapt All group members followed proper table etiquette	Apply Mostly proper etiquette was followed	Acquire Many table etiquette mistakes were made/students didn't seem to care.
