3-Day Meal Plan
3-Day Meal Plan
Your job is to create a 3-day healthy meal and snack plan for yourself. You will plan each breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as all snacks and beverages so that your food intake for the day meets Health Canada’s daily recommended number of servings for each food group. Each day of your meal plan must include: a) Three meals, two or three snacks, and drinks b) Serving sizes for each item to eat or drink c) Food group to which each food or drink item belongs d) Daily total number of servings for each food group (make sure this matches the recommendations from the current Canada Food Guide for a child your age)
