Binder Rubric
Set up your binder as directed in class. Your binder will be collected at least once every term, so please try and stay organized! Your binder will be evaluated on the following criteria:

Most corrections made to work. There is some evidence of color coded 6 wk TRF, Cornell Note and Learning Log. There is not a completed grade sheet log in.
ADVANCED/Great!

Binder is not missing notes; and student had taken time to make hand-written notes on work.
Every Planner, Cornell Note, TRF form and Learning Log is in complete order. Grade Sheet log in is complete.
Outside BLING

EMERGING/needs work

Did not attempt to personalize the binder on the outside. The Binder was not given a personality as prescribed in the "Pimp My Binder" homework assignment
PROFICIENT/Good!

There is personality to the binder and there was some effort to "Pimp My Binder" that was a homework assignment on the Project Calendar.
ADVANCED/Great!

The binder was transformed from the outside and is totally customized. The "Pimp My Binder" homework assignment was taken to a new level
Tools

EMERGING/needs work

No pencil bag. No highlighter. No pens and pencils. Tabs are not clearly marked.
PROFICIENT/Good!

There is a pencil bag, but it has few supplies that are used. There are no pencils and maybe a pen. There is only ONE highlighter. There is the regular paper version of AVID planner
ADVANCED/Great!

There is a pencil bag filled with different colors of highlighters, pens and pencils, eraser. Tabs are neat and clearly marked. There is a store purchased planner used
