Video Production Short Goddard/ Video Project #1 Students will use basic video and editing concepts to create an interview, PSA or Commercial. While working in a group, all members must participate in the production of the project. Each person will receive an individual grade. Use adequate class time to work on the projects. Please make sure you add credits and incorporate working knowledge of how to edit/shoot/transition video. Cinematography	Accomplished Filming is steady, easy to see and depicts reality of the subject filmed. Lighting is good. Close-ups, pans and other filming techniques are used.	Skilled Filming is acceptable. Lighting is ok. Close-ups, pans and other filming techniques are used somewhat.	Developing Filming is sporadic and doesn't follow any reliable angles. Lighting is poor.	Limited No real thought given to film angles, length, lighting.
Audio	Accomplished Audio is easy to understand; music matches mood and words are easily understood; volume level does not change.	Skilled Audio is acceptable; music matches mood and words are understood; volume level varies.	Developing Audio is muddled or distracting.	Limited No real thought or effort given to audio.
Scene matches original	Accomplished Shots (angles & distance), effects, transitions, and audio match perfectly with the original movie scene.
